Nikki was taken back at what he said, and she could not help as a few tears rolled down her cheek slowly she crawled back over to him and into his arms holding him closley to her as she took in the embrase, SO much was lifted off at in thoese moment of telling him and having him still love her. She held onto him with a protectiveness as she laid her head on his chest and listened to his heart beat

Drew kissed those tears away and kept her close to him. His arms strong and protective yet not confining. Now that he knew her back he was going to be careful not to cause her to think he had her pinned and her not be able to get away. She had been bound enough.. he loved her all the more.. she was strong had kept going and he loved her and she loved him. He accepted her past as it was a part of her but he was not going to let either of them be ruled by it. No they would stay in the here and now. And he kept her close telling her phyicily what he had told her verbally.. he still loved her and would keep her safe.

Nikki for once actually truly felt safe. she curled up with him carefully and enjoyed the feeling of warmth she felt over her body. Carefully she looked up at him and lightly kissed him smiled "I love you" she whispered for the first time and truly she ment it
